8 stab wounds. In Beregovo a man killed his own brother

Last night, a 30-year-old resident of the village of Kosino, who had received 8 stab wounds in the chest, was delivered to Beregovo District Hospital. The man was hospitalized in the intensive care unit.

The police established the cause of the tragedy. In the evening, the guy came to his 28-year-old brother’s place, where around 21.00 in the kitchen, the latter, while being intoxicated, on the grounds of suddenly emerged hostile relations, grabbed a kitchen knife and inflicted seven non-penetrating stab wounds to the chest and one penetrating stab wound to the chest. At the scene of the event they found material evidence – a kitchen knife.

The man was arrested under Art.208 of the CPC of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention facility of Beregovo District Police.
