7 more cases of COVID-19 were confirmed in Uzhgorod: some of them are medics

At present, 452 residents of the regional center are on self-isolation
As of the morning of April 8, COVID-19 was confirmed in 7 Uzhgorod residents (two of them are medical workers of the pulmonology department of Uzhgorod Central City Clinical Hospital). Four Uzhgorod residents are being treated at the regional infectious diseases hospital, two medics and the mother of a young child (from the family diagnosed with coronavirus on weekend) are being treated at home, the press service of the Uzhgorod City Council reported.
Since their establishment, mobile crews have made 13 visits to persons suspected of COVID-19, collected 35 samples of biomaterials, the health department of the Uzhgorod City Council informed.
