57 taxpayers in Transcarpathian region have appealed to the “Pulse” of the Ministry of Income

The Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region reported that during the first half of 2014, the service "Pulse" received 57 appeals from Transcarpathians.

20 requests concerned tax activities, and 37 were on customs matters.

In their requests, citizens raise issues of the activity of the Ministry of Income bodies, customs checkpoints, Taxpayer service centers in the region, and express their concerns regarding the work of the agency.

The Anti-corruption project "Pulse" aims to overcome corruption, eliminate obstacles to the creation of a favorable business climate, eliminate misunderstandings in communication of citizens with officials of the Ministry of income and taxes of Ukraine of all levels. According to experts of the Ministry of Income, this service is an effective indicator of the quality of interaction between business and income and taxes authorities.

Taxpayers can openly report the wrongful acts or omissions of the Ministry employees. In addition, customers who are afraid of the consequences of appealing to the service "Pulse", can leave information anonymously, which will also be reviewed. After contacting the service "Pulse", the applicant within three days by phone receives the explanation of the issue that he or she raised.
