"Carrier Winter 2013" is the title of the raid conducted by traffic inspectors with the involvement of the State Diagnostic Laboratory in Irshava district. In one of the villages, the police stopped the van "Volkswagen". Inside the van, 11 passenger seats accommodated 13 passengers. During the further inspection, traffic policemen found out that the owner had illegally converted the vehicle from cargo to passenger with serious violations.
In general, since the beginning of prevention activities, Transcarpathian traffic inspectors have found 400 violations in the field of passenger transportation. 60 of them are technical problems, such as faulty steering, worn tire treads, electrical faults, ie the violations that significantly affect safety, the site of the regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed.
