This was reported on the page of the Vynogradiv wing of the Movement to support Transcarpathian soldiers volunteer Mykhailo Roman.
The fallen Transcarpathians was met by the convoy (which headed to the village of Siltse and consisted of about 200 cars) and escorted to his native home in the village of Fanchykovo.
Residents of Roman’s native village met their fellow villager kneeling and holding lamps in their hands.
The funeral of the Transcarpathian Hero will be held today, March 5, at 13.00 in the village of Fanchykovo.
Today, in Transcarpathia, there is no rush for any kind of food
On Tuesday, March 3, chaired by the Minister of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine Oleksiy Pavlenko, there was the nationwide selector meeting on the situation in the consumer market and its saturation with food products. Transcarpathia was represented by the Deputy Governor Mykhailo Rivis, the management of the Department of Economic Development and Trade, Agricultural Development, representatives of bakeries and retail chains.
What Philharmonic planned for March (Announcement)
The variety brass band of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic is preparing a concert for the holiday of spring, where the band will perform their best works. Today, March 5, the orchestra presents its program on the occasion of the International Women’s Day. It will be repeated on March 8. On March 15, there wiil be a concert dedicated to Shevchenko days, and on March 22, the Chamber Orchestra will perform in the great hall of the Philharmonic. March Sunday concerts cycle will finish with the program of soloists of the ensemble “Harmony” together with Olesya Haiduk (see more on weekend concerts at the Regional Philharmonic HERE).
The Philharmonic also planned a performance in Mukachevo. The collected funds will be transferred to the hospital, where soldiers are treated. We are also looking forward to the premiere that the Symphony Orchestra will present at the Cathedral.
