Last night, a 47-year-old resident of Volovets reported to police officers that her 50-year-old husband, while being intoxicated, during a family quarrel had doused himself with a solvent and set fire to it. As a result, the man suffered 1-2 degree thermal burns of the head, chest, hands, and was hospitalized in the surgical ward of Volovets District Hospital.
Yesterday, a 33-year-old unemployed resident of Mukachevo reported to the city police that in her apartment on Rosvyhivska street three people were threatening her with violence.
January 12, in the Transcarpathian Regional Museum of Folk Architecture and Life, the regional festival “Carols in the old village” will be held. Groups from across the region will sing carols.
