Prosecutor of the region instituted a criminal case against Uzhgorod deputy mayor Vitaliy Semal on grounds of crimes under Art. 365 of the Criminal Code – abuse of power. He is currently held in a temporary detention facility of Uzhgorod police department.
He is a spitting image of Joseph Stalin, though only in appearence.
In afternoon Vitaliy Semal was summoned to interrogation and has not been released.
The Supreme Council registered two bills of the government amending the tax code to further improve the administration of taxes and fees.
The prosecutor of Mizhhirya district formed a group composed of representatives of “Mizhhiryaderzhspetslishosp” branch, State Land Committee in Mizhhirya district, and Mizhhirya District Police, which conducted field visit to verify the application of a local resident complaining of suspicious felling of trees near her house.
