The movement CHESNO analyzed the list of candidates in party lists and in single-mandate constituencies (including self-nominated ones), which is posted on the CEC site as of October 1, after the official deadline for the registration process.

According to the CEC site, 127 MPs, who voted for the so-called "dictatorial law" on January 16, are running to the new Parliament, including 39 candidates running in party lists, and 88 candidates nominated in single-mandate constituencies.

In particular, in Transcarpathian region, (single-mandate constituency 68 – Uzhgorod city and Uzhgorod district) Vasyl Kovacs and (single-mandate constituency 70 – Velyky Berezny, Volovets, Mizhhirya, Perechyn, Svalyava districts, part of Mukachevo district) Mykhailo Lanyo (both – self-nominated) are running to the Parliament.

Social activists draw attention to those candidates, who on January 16 voted for the so-called "dictatorial laws" that significantly restricted the rights and freedoms of citizens. Activists believe that those candidates do not have the right to run to the next parliament and must bear political responsibility for their actions.

In general, the largest number of "voters for the dictatorship" are running in Kharkiv region – 13. It is followed by Dnipropetrovsk region – 11 candidates. In Donetsk region – 9, in Zaporizhzhya region – 7. Luhansk, Odesa and Cherkasy regions – 5. In Mykolayiv and Chernihiv regions – 4. In Volyn, Zhytomyr, Kyiv and Khmelnitsky regions – 3. In Vinnytsia, Transcarpathian, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Sumy, Kherson – 2. In Chernivtsi region – one candidate.
