17 hectares of land along the border have been returned to the state!

Border guards and prosecutors returned to the state ownership 17 hectares of land along the border within Transcarpathian region

The Administration of the State Border Guard Service, together with Mukachevo border guard detachment in cooperation with the Prosecutor’s Office in Transcarpathian region took effective measures to return to the state ownership the land plots located along the state border that were granted by local authorities to individuals in violation of the law.

Thus, on the basis of archival documents, appropriate claims for revocation of the decisions on granting the land were filed to the court and upheld in full.

Consequently, land plots with a total area of ​​17.1 hectares were returned to the state ownership. This will positively affect the issues of organization of the state border guarding.
