On the first Sunday of October, the Teachers’ Day is celebrated in Ukraine. The celebrations on this occasion took place in Uzhgorod.
On that day, 15 Transcarpathians received the regional pedagogical Augustine Voloshin Award, which has been awarded for the 8th consecutive year. The celebrations on the occasion of the Teacher’s Day took place in the Transcarpathian Regional Palace of Children and Youth Creativity.
Educators from all districts of Transcarpathia gathered there. The solemn concert for them was prepared by children’s artistic groups of the regional center of Transcarpathia.
