11 Transcarpathian sites were included to the list of the best attractions of Ukraine

The project "Best sites of Ukraine – chosen by people" was launched recently in Ukraine. It’s designed to attract attention and interest to historical monuments, natural heritage of Ukraine, VseMisto informed.

The top ten attractions of our state will be chosen by popular vote. The first stage of voting has already started.

As a result of online voting, four sights of each region with the highest number of votes will be selected to participate in the nationwide voting in the second stage of the project.

Transcarpathian region is represented by the following attractions:

– Rehabilitation center for brown bears;

– Schonborn Castle;

– Carpathian Biosphere Reserve;

– Palanok Castle;

– Synevyr Lake;

– Vat in Lumshory;

– Nevytsky Castle;

– Shypit Falls;

– St. Miklos Castle;

– Uzhgorod Castle;

– Khust castle.
