22-year old resident of the village of Hlybokyi Potik turned to Tyachiv district police department on Friday with a statement that a director of Tiachiv interschool training and production centers demanded from him $1000 for the issuance of documents on completion of a driving school with a category ‘B’.
The director of the plant was detained on the premises of his cabinet during the taking a bribe by police officers on the same day.
