An illegal immigrant from Turkey was caught in Transcarpathia

A Turkish citizen was caught on the Ukrainian-Slovak border. 
The foreigner tried to run away from border guards. 
However, 100 meters to the coveted state border, border guards caught up and detained the illegal immigrant. 
The detainee turned out to be a Turkish citizen. He had only an ID card of a Belgian citizen. 
The foreigner is charged with an offense under the articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses: 204-1 "Illegal crossing or attempted illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine" and 185-10 "Malicious disobedience to a lawful order of a serviceman or employee of the SBGS".
