Heavy machinery and frightened people: what really happened in Mukachevo district (VIDEO)

A video that caused quite a stir was posted on the Facebook page "Cottage Two Bears". 
The video, which frightened Transcarpathians so much, shows soldiers moving in the direction of Nyzhniy Koropets and, according to eyewitnesses, stopping drivers passing by. 
The press service of the 128th Brigade reported that the soldiers were conducting military exercises in the region. Local authorities were informed about this.
