"Today, I awarded patrol police officers – Elina Dakov and Emilia Savchuk. 
Just the day before yesterday, the police officers, and they are sisters, on Kapushanska Street, witnessed a thief snatching a bag from a 90-year-old man. Although they were not on duty, they reacted immediately, started chasing the thief, and when he ran into an apartment block to hide, they locked him there and called back-up. Thus the offender was arrested and the old man was given his personal belongings and cash that were in the bag.
