A resident of Beregovo, who was once again caught stealing, will be in custody

This was reported by the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

Last week, the man broke into a household and tried to steal tools and other property from the utility room. He was found at the crime scene by the owner of the property.

The perpetrator has already been convicted of theft and infliction of light bodily harm. He has now been notified of being suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 15, Part 3 of Art. 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (completed attempted theft committed repeatedly, combined with breaking and entering). He will be detained for 60 days.

A pre-trial investigation into the case is ongoing.
