In the morning of October 31, returning home after work, specialists of the Emergency Rescue Detachment: chief of the emergency rescue department Serhiy Havryliuk, rescuer Rostyslav Huley and driver-electrician Vasyl Dovhanych saw a burning car on the road, on Mynaiska Street in Uzhgorod.
The driver tried to extinguish the fire with a fire extinguisher, but to no avail. Rescuers stopped and extinguished the fire in the car using fire extinguishers.
The crew of the 14th state fire and rescue unit of Uzhgorod, who arrived at the scene, only noted that the professional actions of the colleagues helped save the car and prevent more significant material losses.
