In Uzhgorod, a sports center opened in the building of an abandoned station (PHOTOS)

Transcarpathia has received a modern complex of the Specialized Children’s and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Football Reserve. 
This facility is included in the Program of the President of Ukraine "25 sports magnets". It provides for the construction of not only modern facilities in each region of the country, but also museums dedicated to famous athletes of a particular region. Thus, in Uzhgorod sports school, there is a "room of sports glory", which is dedicated to the legend of Ukrainian football – Honored Master of Sports of the USSR, Honored Coach of Ukraine Jozhef Sabo. He personally attended the opening of the museum. In addition to football players, athletes will be able to train there. 
There are following facilities on the territory of the sports complex: 
sports and rehabilitation center (under reconstruction); 
athletics core; 
football field № 1 with grass turf; 
football field № 2 with grass turf; 
sports ground with artificial turf; 
sports ground with outdoor exercise equipment; 
sports ground with sand turf; 
sports ground with with sawdust turf; 
sports town; 
fitness room; 
gymnastic room.
