Currently, officials of the Department for Prevention, Detection and Counteraction to Corruption of the Transcarpathian Customs of the State Customs Service together with the task force of the Main Office of the National Police in Transcarpathian region are documenting the fact of giving illegal benefit to a customs official which is punishable according to Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Investigative actions are underway.
