According to the police, at night the duty officer received from residents of the village of Luhy a report that a car VAZ had driven into a ditch in the village.
Patrolmen arrived at the scene and found out that the car was empty and the driver had gone somewhere.
Later, the police found the driver. They tested him for alcohol content in the blood and the test showed almost 1 ppm.
An appropriate report was drawn up against the driver and his driver’s license was seized.
