Transcarpathian students may go to remote studying again

The Minister of Education, Serhiy Shkarlet, asked local authorities to re-introduce remote instruction at schools due to the significant increase in the number of coronavirus patients. 
Shkarlet wants to introduce remore instruction for a period of two weeks, – the BBC.Ukraine reported. 
"I’m asking you, not only as the head of the Ministry of Education and Science, but as a parent, to find an opportunity to organize remote instruction for our children for the next two weeks," – Shkarlet wrote in Telegram. 
He added that the Ministry of Education together with the Ministry of Health is constantly monitoring the situation regarding the spread of coronavirus disease in educational institutions. 
Shkarlet noted that the issues of training organization are decided on the ground, and therefore it is important that the central and local authorities act together. 
The Minister said that such are the recommendations of the state commissions on technogenic and environmental safety and emergencies, as well as the National Security and Defense Council. 
Currently, the daily number of new patients with coronavirus is approaching 6,000, and the Minister of Health says the situation is critical.
