The former deputy head of the Irshava Disrict State Administration has died

For reference: he was born on July 3, 1960. He is a citizen of Ukraine. He received higher education, in 1988 he graduated from the Lviv Agricultural Institute with a degree in "1502 – Agronomy", received the qualification of agronomist. He began his career in 1980 as a foreman of the field brigade of the "Radyanska Ukraina" state farm in Kamyanske.
