The minor who killed a Transcarpathian and wounded another one was taken into custody

Based on the active position of the prosecutor of the Khust local prosecutor’s office and the irrefutable evidence, the investigating judge imposed a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention on the 17-year-old resident of Khust suspected of premeditated murder. 
  
According to the investigation, on the night of September 12, a conflict broke out between the suspect and two local residents. During the fight, the minor stabbed a 28-year-old and a 30-year-old men. One of the victims died at the hospital. 
The suspect is charged with a crime under para. 7 of Part 2 of Art. 115 and Part 2 of Art. 15, para. 1, 7 of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ie premeditated murder and completed attempted premeditated murder of two persons committed with hooligan motives. 
A pre-trial investigation is currently underway, with procedural control provided by prosecutors of the Khust local prosecutor’s office.
