On August 21-23, 2020, Uzhgorod will host the training "School of Integration" for internally displaced persons in Transcarpathian region.
As of today, 3687 citizens, who have received the status of internally displaced persons, are living in the region, including 1670 people of working age, 150 people with disabilities, 766 pensioners, and 1101 children. The purpose of the event is: – to promote the adaptation and integration of IDPs in local communities of Transcarpathian region; – to raise information and legal awareness; – to teach psychological self-help skills. Thanks to the joint efforts of the regional state administration and public organizations, such trainings have been held for three years in a row.
