Garbage at the checkpoint “Chop-Záhony” is getting piled up on the Hungarian side (VIDEO)

The press service of the Transcarpathian customs noted that the territory is littered only on the Hungarian side, beyond the red line. 
Previously uzhgorod.in. wrote that people are throwing away garbage and food at the exit from Ukraine to Hungary. Some explain that they are doing it because Hungarians do not allow to import certain food, so people have to leave it right there at the border. 
But can such actions be justified by the absence of garbage cans? 
At the same time, the Transcarpathian customs say that this situation has developed on the Hungarian side, beyond the red line. Once a day, a special car arrives to collect garbage. 
As for the Ukrainian side, it is clean. Which can be seen in the video shot today:
