Last night, at the checkpoint "Tisa", border guards together with customs officers found a batch of children’s clothing hidden from control in a Ukrainian-registered Opel minibus bound for entry into Ukraine.
During the inspection of the vehicle, the border guards noticed signs of interference in the design features of the spare wheel. Special holes were cut in it, and they housed 34 pieces of children’s clothing: pants and blouses of European brands.
The value of the seized clothes is currently being determined. Along with the goods, the minibus Opel made in 2006 was also confiscated. It was estimated at almost 160,000 hryvnias.
