In Transcarpathia, a man raped an 11-year-old girl

Transcarpathian police detained a man who had raped an 11-year-old girl. This was reported to the Pershij by the communication department of the Transcarpathian regional police. 
"The man was detained in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. A criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code (Forcing a person under 14 to have sexual intercourse). According to the sanction of the specified article the detainee faces up to 15 years of imprisonment", – the spokeswoman of the Transcarpathian regional police Anna Dan reported. 
Priority investigative measures are currently being taken in the case. 
It became known that the crime took place the other day in a family in Perechyn district – the rapist is a relative of the victim, and her sister reported the rape.
