The Ministry of Health did not allow quarantine to be relaxed in Transcarpathia and several other regions of the country

As of July 17, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Donetsk, Transcarpathia, Lviv, and Kharkiv regions cannot relax quarantine norms.

The incidence rates of COVID-19 in the regions do not meet the requirements of the Ministry of Health.

Meanwhile, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi regions dropped out of the "red" list.
