The funeral of Bishop Milan Shashik has become known

The funeral will take place on July 20. 

Bishop of the Mukachevo Diocese of the Greek Catholic Church Milan Shashik died on the evening of July 14 at the age of 67.  

He held this rank for 10 years. Milan Shashik was born in Slovakia. Since 1992 he has lived and served in Ukraine, in 2009 he received Ukrainian citizenship. Milan Shashik became the head of the Greek Catholic Diocese of Mukachevo in 2002 as Apostolic Administrator, and 8 years laters he became the bishop.
