There is a possibility that quarantine in Ukraine will be extended again

Quarantine in Ukraine is supposed to end on July 31. However, the restrictions may be extended for another 2 weeks, ie until August 14.

This information was published by the Segodnya with reference to its own sources in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Channel 24 reported.

So, what is known about the extension of quarantine in Ukraine?

According to the publication, a source in the Ministry of Health does not rule out that remote training in schools will continue in September. According to the source, after July 31, the quarantine can be extended for another 2 weeks – until August 14.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health plans to extend those quarantine measures that have proved to be effective, and the ineffective ones will be abolished.

What measures have proved to be effective

1. Observance of social distance.

2. Restrictive measures relating to transport, including treatment.

If the epidemiological situation in a particular region worsens, stadiums and gyms will be the first to be shut down.

According to the Interfax-Ukraine citing its own sources, the government will consider the need to extend the quarantine next week. It will be the extension of adaptive quarantine in the regions.
