COVID-19 in Transcarpathia, Uzhgorod, Ukraine as of June 24

"During the past day, June 23, 395 people sought emergency medical care, 60 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 25 were suspected of having COVID-19" – the director of the Health Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Yelizaveta Birov said.

707 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

78 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 4 of them are medical workers, 7 are children.

4 persons with the confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 died.

Overall, as of 9:00 am on June 24, 2020, 2291 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 387 are health care workers and 150 are children. 22196 polymerase chain reaction tests have been carried out. 864 patients have recovered.

As of the morning of June 24, 524 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

13 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

298 people have recovered  

8 persons have died.
  
12 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 206 are on outpatient treatment.

88 Uzhgorod citizens are in self-isolation 

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have made 19 visits, 243 samples of biological materials have been collected for polymerase chain reaction test.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on June 24, there have been 39014 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 1051 were fatal, 17409 patients have recovered. During the day, 940 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
