Due to heavy rains, the water level in the rivers of Transcarpathia can rise up to 70 centimeters

The State Water Agency of Ukraine warns about it.

Tonight and during June 17-18, due to rains (in some places, significant), the water levels on the rivers of Transcarpathia are expected to rise by 0.2 – 0.7 meters.
According to the State Water Agency, there is a possibility of significant local and slope runoff, in the mountains there is a risk of local mudflows, which may have negative impact.
