Police officers received operative information that a 49-year-old Hungarian citizen, who was internationally wanted for committing a series of crimes, was hiding in Transcarpathia.
The man, who committed theft, fraud and misappropriation, tried to avoid punishment. However, today, on June 10, operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department, Sector of International Police Cooperation together with Beregovo policemen detained a criminal in the city of Beregovo.
The detainee was placed in a temporary detention facility and will be extradited soon. He will be legally punished for his actions.
