Driving without a license, but with a brass knuckles: the police detained the driver of an Audi

According to the Communication Department of the Transcarpathian Region Police, the driver was a 27-year-old resident of the village of Hrushovo. He had no driving license, and during the inspection of the car, the police found an object resembling a cold steel weapon – a brass knuckles. The found object was seized and sent for examination.
The man is charged of a crime under Part 2 of Article 263 of the Criminal code of Ukraine. That is illegal handling of weapon without the permission required by the law. During the investigation, the police will find out the origin and purpose of the weapon.
