In pursuance of the Action program of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dd. September 29, 2019, No. 849, in particular, the objective: "A Ukrainian who wants to have digital skills can acquire them freely", the Ministry of Digital Transformation launched a national online platform for digital literacy "Action. Digital Education" which is available here.
Using the online platform, every citizen can acquire digital skills for free in the new modern format – educational series. The online course "Paying for utilities online is currently available. Stay home" is currently available.
The educational series will help citizens, especially elderly, to learn different ways to pay utility bills without leaving home. The topics of the series cover the payment of utility bills: on the sites of utility companies, using the payment service on the bank websites, using mobile banking applications.
