April is characterized by a rapid increase of temperature.
Thunderstorms will be observed throughout the region, possible frosts on the soil surface and in the air.
In the first half of the month, the temperature will increase above +10° mark.
The average monthly temperature in April is 6-11° above zero.
The absolute minimum temperature is 7-12° below zero, the absolute maximum 18-32° above zero.
The average monthly rainfall rate is 56-84 mm.
The number of days with precipitation ranges from 10 to 15.
According to the long-term weather forecast of the Ukrainian Center for Hydrometeorology and world weather centers, the average monthly air temperature in the region is expected to be 7-12°, which is 1° higher than that for the base period (1981-2010). Monthly rainfall rate is forecast to be 50-78 mm, which is 89-93% of the normal rate.
