Central market in Beregovo will remain closed for now

Responding to rumors spreading in Beregovo about the opening the central market, the mayor Zoltan Babjak said:

"Until there is an appropriate order of the regional commission of technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies, which by its decision ordered to close city markets along with other establishments, until then the central market of the city will remain closed."

The Chief Medical Officer of Beregovo Central District Hospital Ivan Malesh is also against the idea of opening the market in the city center. "The crowds of people can not be avoided there, – the chief medical officer of the district says. – And it is a real threat of virus spreading, which we need to prevent."
