In Transcarpathia, a “diver” was smuggling medical masks to Romania (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

A 29-year-old resident of the city of Rakhiv, who was detained last night by the border guards of the "Dilove" department of the Mukachevo detachment, was arrested for ten days. While patrolling the Ukrainian-Romanian section of the border along the Tisa River, servicemen spotted a man in a wetsuit coming out of the water 
Ignoring the legal orders of the border guards, the offender tried to flee, but the border guards, after firing a warning shot, caught up and detained the man.
The man did not have any documents on him, however, he stated that he was a citizen of Ukraine. The offender also admitted to smuggling masks to neighboring Romania. The detainee was delivered to the border guard unit to clarify all the circumstances of the offense, as well as to prepare the report of administrative violation under Part 1 of Article 210-1 and 185.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The case file was sent to court. Today, the Rakhiv District Court imposed a 10-day administrative arrest on the Ukrainian.
