Coronavirus in Uzhgorod: a 25-year-old girl who returned from Italy has been hospitalized

Vitaliy Glagola reported about that in his telegram channel.
“A woman suspected of having coronavirus was hospitalized in Uzhgorod. The 25-year-old resident of Uzhgorod returned from Italy a few days ago. She was taken to the infectious diseases hospital, and the test results are to be sent to Kyiv. There are no test systems in Uzhgorod. I do not want to start a panic, the woman is isolated, just be careful.”
Recently, the Acting Head of Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Oleksiy Hetmanenko reported – “The situation in the region is completely under control, there are no recorded cases of the disease in Ukraine. The safety of our citizens’ lives is a priority.”
Since then, no test system for coronavirus has been delivered to Transcarpathia.
“We have now developed an algorithm for actions to be taken in case of detection of the coronavirus,” – Yelizaveta Birov, the Director of the Health Care Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, said at a press conference.
