At all checkpoints of Transcarpathia, persons entering the territory of Ukraine have their temperature checked (PHOTOS)

In the morning of February 25, such temperature checks began at the checkpoint "Tisa". 
From 8 pm on the same day, similar measures have been carried out at the checkpoints "Uzhgorod" and "Maly Berezny". As of the morning of February 26, at all border crossing points, border guards are taking precautionary measures to prevent COVID-19 infection from spreading to our country.
In Transcarpathia, in particular, mandatory temperature screening of all citizens travelling to Ukraine is being carried out at checkpoints. At the moment, the border guards are equipped with the necessary temperature measuring instruments and individual protection means.
In addition, a clear plan of action has been deleloped between border guards who will serve at checkpoints and emergency response groups of the territorial branches of the MOH and the medical services of the respective administrative territories in case of detection of persons with signs of SARS or ARVI.
The border guards ask the citizens to be understanding about the measures being taken by the border guards.
