In Transcarpathian region: In the morning and in the afternoon of February 4, significant, sometimes heavy rain is expected, in the mountains – with sleet and snow, at night on February 5, in the mountains, there will be significant sleet and snow. In some places, there will be fog, slush build-up, in some places rime ice, ice cover on the mountain roads.

In the evening of the 4th and during the day of 5th of February, there will be northwest wind increase up to 15-20 m / s, in some places 25-30 m / s (I, yellow danger level).
