Next year, residents of Mukachevo will be entitled to preferential bus fare

As of the beginning of the new year, all residents of the united community will receive the right for preferential fare
According to the press service of the city council, all residents of Mukachevo city united territorial community who have the right for preferential bus fare and preferential telephone communication fee will be able to exercise this right through the Program of ensuring the rights of individual privileged categories of citizens among the residents of Mukachevo city united territorial community for preferential bus fare and preferential telephone communication fee for 2010-2022. 
“The program was developed in accordance with the Budget Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On the status of war veterans, guarantees of their social protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On the status and social protection of the citizens affected by the Chornobyl disaster”, the Law of Ukraine “On the protection of childhood”, the Law of Ukraine "On social and legal protection of servicemen and their families", the Law of Ukraine "On the basics of social protection of disabled persons in Ukraine", the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 17.05.1993 № 354, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministry of Ukraine dated 16.08.1994 № 555, Articles 26, 34 of the Law of Ukraine "On local government in Ukraine", – the statement says.
The implementation of the program will allow to enforce the laws in the field of social protection of a certain category of citizens and will help to reduce the social tension by ensuring the transportation of certain categories of citizens at reduced price guaranteed by the current legislation of Ukraine and providing them with discounts for telephone communication fee. The total funding for the program for three years is UAH 37,050 thousand. Accordingly, UAH 12,350 thousand each year.
