On December 27-28, the traditional Open Boxing Championship among children and youth "Santa’s 2019" will be held in the sports club IPPON in Uzhgorod.
The competition will be attended by about one hundred boxers, mostly between 10 and 18 years old. Athletes from Uzhgorod, Chop, Mukachevo, Beregovo, Irshava, Zavydovo, as well as Mariupol, Ivano-Frankivsk and other cities of Ukraine are expected to participate.
December 27
12:00 weighing procedure, team representatives meeting, mandate committee. 14:00 official opening and commencement ceremonies, preliminary fights.
December 28
11:00 final duels 18:00 awarding of winners, departure of the teams (organizers reserve the right to make changes to the competition schedule)
Entrance is free. All boxing fans are invited to watch the most spectacular final duels and awarding of the best boxers.
The championship is supported by the Regional Children’s and Youth Sports School, Uzhgorod Boxing Federation and the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports of Uzhgorod City Council
