Amendments were made to the decision of the previous executive committee concerning the contest of youth social action projects in the form of Active citizens’ pitching. 
  
The deadline for submission of project ideas from the contestants is December 11, 2019 inclusive. Entries are accepted at http://pitching.in.ua/uzhgorod.
By December 12, 2019, the contest participants will be informed of the results of the preliminary selection, as well as the time and place of further stages of the contest. From December 13, 2019, the participants of the contest with elligible projects will be presenting their ideas to the contest committee. 
December 16-17, 2019 – finalization of the projects by the participants of the contest in the format of training accompanied by experts of the British Council in Ukraine. Participation in the training is mandatory.   
From December 18, 2019 – defense of the projects by the contestants before the contest commission. 
In addition, Yu. Tkachuk was removed from the selection board and Z. Tkachuk, the chairman of the NGO "Youth Platform", was added into it.
