During the hotline, Transcarpathians will be provided with explanation on the granting of housing subsidies for the heating season and the monetization of benefits for housing and communal services.
On November 21 and 22, 2019, you can ask questions via the regional hotline at the toll-free number 0 800 501 484 or send them at http://claim.carpathia.gov.ua/login_ext/
The topics, date and time of the specialized hotlines are as follows:
November 21 – on the granting of housing subsidies for the heating period 2019 – 2020. The hotline is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (from 12:00 to 12:50 pm – lunch break);
November 22 – on monetization of benefits for housing and communal services. The hotline is open from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (12:00 to 12:50 pm – lunch break).
