Promotional discounts on electricity: fraudsters are at work in Transcarpathia

"Electricity" scammers are visiting Transcarpathians 
In Transcarpathia, fraudsters offer promotional discounts on electricity. This was reported by the administration of the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC.
Recently, in many regions of Ukraine, information has been circulated that unknown persons visit consumers and, posing as employees of an energy distribution company, offer non-existent promotional discounts on electricity distribution services. In this regard, "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC emphasizes: employees of the Company have no right and do not offer consumers coupons for discounts, promotional prices for distribution of electricity, any goods or services etc. Consumers may be visited by inspectors to record meter readings or check its technical condition. Consumers have the right to ask representative of the company to present their ID. In case of such situations, you should contact the call center of the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC 0-800-50-16-20.
