The water utility decided to post lists of debtors on the city’s billboards with the inscription: "The community of the city are "proud" of you".
– Currently, local residents owe more than 16 million for water supply and sewerage services. Over the last month, after making these debts public, more than 200,000 has been paid. However, many townspeople ignored the request to pay for the services. Advertising agencies provide the space for information disclosure free of charge, – Igor Fedornyak, the head of the MU "Mukachivvodokanal" added.
