International Scientific Conference “Transcarpathia and Athos: Spiritual and Cultural Relations” will be held in Transcarpathia

On 6-7 of November 2019, the Theological and Historical Research Center named after Archimandrite Vasily (Pronin) of the Mukachevo Diocese of the UOC and the International Institute of Athos Heritage, together with other scientific institutions, will hold in Uzhgorod (Transcarpathia, Ukraine) the International Scientific Conference "Transcarpathia and Athos: Spiritual and Cultural Relations" (on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of Hieromonk Avvakum (Vakarov).
