Transcarpathian rescuers helped a tourist from Lviv who had injured his leg in the Carpathians

On October 27 at 2:45 pm, the Transcarpathian Operational Rescue Service was informed that a 25-year-old tourist from Lviv had been injured during a hiking trip between mountains Kuk and Menchul of Mizhhirya district. The young man injured his lower left limb.
Five specialists of the mountain search and rescue department of the town of Mizhhirya in an off-road vehicle were sent to help him. At 18:30, rescuers reached the victim, gave him pre-medical care, and then transported to the town of Mizhhirya. From where the tourist went home, where he will continue undergoing treatment for his injured leg.
