A footage captured by video surveillance cameras was posted in one of the communities on Facebook.
The video was shot in Uzhgorod in a shoe store. The video shows a kid standing near the shelves with sneakers, looking at the shoes for a long time, and then taking out a backpack and stealing a pair of sneakers.
Opinions of Uzhgorod residents on this matter were divided. Most people were outraged by the boy’s actions. Locals say they often see this boy in town. And they blame the parents for the fact that he steals shoes because they are not raising the child properly.
However, some people stood up for the child. They say the boy’s parents do not have money to buy him shoes. That’s why he resorted to crime.
